As the sole employee, I am responsible for all strategy, operations and activity associated with the organization. Sunland America is a utility and distributed scale battery energy storage business projected to achieve $150-$200M equity value over the next 5 years.
Serve as lead Advisory Board Member for a comprehensive AI powered project development software platform. Provide guidance related to the project development process, industry needs, as well as general business and product input.
Joined Prospect14 as second hire and scaled to ~$70M value and 50+ employees across two companies (Prospect14 and sister company, Ampliform). Managed multi-GW pipeline and active development of projects from 2MWac-240MWac from NY to AZ. Originated, negotiated and closed transactions valued in the tens of millions. Successfully brought over 100MW of PJM projects to NTP.
